Tina (Tianzi) Wu is the Corporate Counsel at Cipher Mining.
Prior to joining Cipher, Tina was an associate in the corporate/M&A groups at Paul Hastings LLP and Clifford Chance US LLP.
Tina received a B.A. from Franklin & Marshall College and a joint degree of J.D. & LL.M in International and Comparative Law from Duke University School of Law.
