Olivia Stennett is the Chief Administrative Officer of Cipher Mining.
Olivia oversees the Administrative functions at the Company, including Human Resources, Office Management, and vendor and counterparty onboarding and relationships. She leads the continual development of the Company’s workplace culture, staff performance and well-being.
Prior to joining Cipher, Olivia was an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley in their Equity Prime Brokerage Group. She brings to Cipher Mining more than 25 years of investment banking experience working with a wide range of institutional clients, with a focus on the onboarding process for start-up hedge fund managers from inception to launch. Prior to Morgan Stanley, Olivia held several leadership roles at Deutsche Bank’s Global Prime Finance group, leveraging significant Legal, Credit, Documentation and Operations experience to drive client solutions and enhance operational efficiencies. Olivia began her career at Lehman Brothers in the Swaps and Financial Products group.
Olivia received a B.A. degree in Business Administration from Iona College.
